Our Pastoral Care and Wellness Programme is an integral part of our comprehensive IT programme, designed to support the overall development of our learners. At Learner Me, we believe in nurturing not just technical skills, but also personal and professional growth. We believe in the collective potential of our rangatahi (young people), encapsulated in the phrase "Me taea e tātau," meaning "We Can."
 

Through our structured 24-week programme, participants engage in activities that promote mental, physical, emotional well-being, and technology proficiency.

 

From sleep, hygiene, PT lead gym sessions and nutrition to communication skills, technology competencies and enhancing the cultural capability for our learners in partnership with Taranaki Iwi, we provide a holistic approach to learning.
 

During the post-program period, we continue to support our learners with bi-weekly check-ins, face-to-face meetings, skill reinforcement workshops, community engagement, career support, and mental health counselling.

 

By blending career preparation, emotional support, cultural enrichment, physical health, and technology skill building, we empower our rangatahi to confidently say, "Me taea e tātau" — "We Can." Join us on this journey of growth and success.
